Nyk, as he likes to be called, was born in and still lives in England. He specialises in Technical Illustration, which apparently helps to understand 3D!
Like most people who grew up in the 70's, Nyk is a big Star Wars Fan, and says that he'll watch anything on TV that has a decent degree of imagination like Buffy, Lexx and Babylon 5.
He writes, produces and directs very low budget films for a small production company called 'StoatArts Entertainment' which is entirely amateur based, although they do boast a trained editor and at least one proper actress who went to stage school! Their films are generally short stories in the Twilight Zone / Outer Limits vein with a twist of Doctor WHO. One of their films actually made it onto a local british cable station, which Nyk hopes to be a start to something bigger, maybe even to that holy grail 'Supergirl II'! Well, you never really know, do you?
Nyk first came across Supergirl as the movie was being released in the UK (1984). A kid at school had the novelisation which he borrowed and read in one night! He's never really been sure if it was Supergirl he liked, or Helen Slater!
